FAQS

What is the Applicant Event?

Our Applicant Event is a fantastic opportunity for you to try out a real college timetable featuring your chosen subjects. You’ll also get to meet some of our staff and students, and get a real taste of what studying at college is like.

How will I get to the college?

Our campus is situated in the heart of Southampton, and we are accessible by car, bus, and local cycle and walking routes. Students also travel to the city by train before making the short journey to campus.

Take a look at the Getting To Us page for morning information on transport options available.

Please note: We will be operating our free shuttle bus service during the Applicant Event, for more information visit the Getting To Us page on the hub.

When will I get my timetable? What will it be like?

You will be able to pick up your timetable on the morning of the Applicant Event. Your timetable will feature the course(s) that you expressed interest in during the application process.

Should I bring my own lunch?

You are welcome to bring your own food if you wish, but we will be providing you with free meal voucher that can be redeemed in the college cafe.

What do I do if I haven't had a pre-enrolment interview yet?

If you haven't had a pre-enrolment interview yet you will still be able to attend the Applicant Event. You will need to go to the Library on Monday morning where we will be able to get your timetable sorted.
